Michael’s primary objective is to provide strategic planning and marketing development in order to build current business relations, as well as capture new business contracts within the federal market. He brings charismatic leadership to a group of multicultural executives, working closely with the corporate team to oversee all facets of the business and identify opportunities for optimization among various segments. In addition to assisting his executive management team with developing strong customer relations, Michael reviews corporate ledgers and P&L to ensure financial reports are generated accurately, completely, and timely. He is responsible for forecasting, decision-making, and strategic planning to increase the bottom-line and overall company growth of MIKIBA, while ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
His experience stems from overseeing 600+ operating properties and portfolios for a Fortune 500 commercial real estate corporation, where he performed senior-level analysis for four markets across the U.S. He also managed logistics sales for one of the largest truckload carriers in North America and held a book of business comprising of several multi-million dollar revenue corporations.
Pearl’s executive leadership thrives on motivation and passion, coupled with efficiency, to direct and lead the company’s strategy, business operations, and revenue growth in existing and new markets. She contributes expertise in areas of management, finance, accounting, and corporate governance. As an active member of management, Pearl is responsible for networking and developing relations with federal contractors, as well as managing service contract agreement write-ups and RFPs. She manages front-end sales and brand management. Her priority is to develop existing contracts and grasp new ventures. Her prior work experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm includes Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and internal audits for multi-million dollar revenue clients consisting of both private and publicly-traded companies. These engagements focused on the operating effectiveness of business process and IT-related control activities in the utilities and oil and gas industries.
She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, as well as Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas, graduating magna cum laude of her class. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas and is a member of the Dallas CPA Society.
Ken’s responsibilities include development and oversight of business operations and procedures. He sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and evaluates the state and condition of the company. As a director, he oversees multiple projects and serves as a liaison between clients and MIKIBA’s technology teams. Further, he facilitates meetings over AGI’s Lean and Six Sigma concepts to ensure the company’s personnel is familiar with defect-eliminating processes. He has extensive experience as a Systems Analyst, a Senior Business Analyst, and an IT project manager, and has completed several projects under both technical and business roles with one of the largest mutual fund companies in the United States.
